昆山口岸进境集装箱中截获蜚蠊和双钩异翅长蠹的关联性分析

摘    要:目的证实昆山口岸来自台湾和东南亚地区的入境集装箱中蜚蠊和双钩异翅长蠹的截获具有关联性,在相关集装箱检疫查验中应开阔视野、注意合并疫情。方法对2007-2008年昆山口岸来自中国台湾和东南亚地区的进境集装箱中蜚蠊和双钩异翅长蠹的截获批次进行分析。结果在17672批集装箱中截获双钩异翅长蠹的22批次、蜚蠊57批次,其中共同截获的5批次。用STATA统计软件四格表确切概率法求得OR=99.5362,95%CI为27.5684~293.8107,卡方检验chi2(1)=343.92,Pr=0.0000。结论有关集装箱中蜚蠊和双钩异翅长蠹的截获情况存在关联性,在截获某一有害生物的集装箱中较容易截获另一有害生物。因此要转变检疫查验的观念,注意合并疫情,截获单一疫情后应进一步深入查验。

Abstract:Objective To obtained the relevance between Blattaria and Heterobostryshus aequails (Waterhouse) intercepted in entry containers from Taiwan and Southeast Asia at Kunshan Port. It's suggested that the containers quarantine and inspection should be careful and more attentions should be paid to combining epidemic situation. Methods Analyze the intercepted batches of Blattaria and Heterobostryshus aequails (Waterhouse) in entry con- tainers from Taiwan and southeast Asia at Kunshan Port from 2007 to 2008. Results 22 batches of Heterobostry- shus aequails(Waterhouse) and 57 batches of Biattaria have been intercepted in 17 672 containers, among which 5 batches are with both pests. STATA Statistical Analysis Software shows that the OR equals 99. 5362, the 95 % CI is between 27. 5684 -293.8107, the chi2 ( 1 ) equals 343.92 and the Pr is 0. 0000. Conclusion There are signifi- i cant relevance between Blattaria and Heterobostryshus aequails (Waterhouse) intercepted in entry containers. One kind of the pests is more probably found in the container in which another of the two pests has been intercepted. Therefore, the concept of quarantine and inspection should be changed, more attention should be paid to combined epidemic situation, and developing further inspection after the interception of a single epidemic.
