陕西口岸出入境人员HIV监测结果分析

目的了解陕西口岸出入境人员艾滋病感染情况和流行病学特征,为做好出入境人群的艾滋病检测以及对高危人群实施行为干预提供科学依据。方法对陕西口岸2007-2009年39294名出入境人员艾滋病血清学检测结果及流行病学调查资料进行分析。结果 2007-2009年共检出HIV抗体阳性者12人,其中中国籍7人,外籍人员5人,7名中国籍感染者全部为劳务人员。结论陕西口岸的艾滋病感染者以出国劳务人员为主,因此应加强艾滋病检测力度,重点做好对劳务人员的体检工作,加强对劳务人员艾滋病知识的宣传教育,阻止艾滋病在国际间的传播。

The surveillance results of HIV among entry-exit personnel at Shanxi Port

Objective To understand the infection status and the epidemiology features of HIV among entry - exit personnel at Shanxi Port, and to provide references for the surveillance and intervention of HIV for the entry - exit personnel, especially for the high risk group of HIV. Methods Analyze the data of serologic tests and epidemio- logic investigations for 39294 entry - exit personnel at Shanxi Port from 2007 to 2009. Results 12 cases have been found HIV - antibody positive, among which, 7 iare Chinese and 5 are foreigners. All the 7 Chinese are laborers on abroad. Conclusion The personnel infected with HIV at Shanxi Port are mostly laborers on board. So we should strengthen the surveillance of HIV, especially among the laborers. And also strengthen the propaganda and educa- tion of HIV knowledge, in order to prevent its international transmission.
