| 摘 要： | 自2000年1月-2004年12月对30例未合并马尾神经损伤的屈曲型胸腰椎压缩性骨折采用三维牵引并手法复位治疗,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组30例,男21例,女9例;年龄16~62岁,平均为46·5岁。受伤至治疗时间1~5 d。受伤原因:坠落伤24例,车祸伤5例,压砸伤1例。骨折部位:T112例,T
