| 摘 要： | 目的 建立克感平滴丸的质量标准。方法 采用TLC定性鉴别克感平滴丸中的满山红、北豆根，采用RP-HPLC定量检测杜鹃素的含量。结果 在TLC中分别检出满山红、北豆根，斑点清晰可见，重现性好。利用RP-HPLC得到的杜鹃素的线性范围为0.125～2.0 μg， r=0.999 9；杜鹃素的平均回收率为99.6%，RSD=0.43%（n=6）。结论 定性定量方法简便、专属、准确，能有效的控制克感平滴丸的质量。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the quality specification of compound Keganping dripping pills. METHODS TLC was used to identify folium rhododendri daurici and rhizoma menispermi radix in compound Keganping dripping pills. RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of farrerol. RESULTS Folium rhododendri daurici and rhizoma menispermi radix in compound Keganping dripping pills was found on TLC. The spot was clear . The method showed a good reproducibility. The linear range of farrerol was in the range of 0.125-2.0 μg（r=0.999 9）. The farrerol average recovery rate was 99.6% with RSD of 0.43%（n=6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple， efficient， sensitive and can be applied to quality control of compound Keganpin dripping pills. |
