| 摘 要： | 目的观察改良Millikan术式治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法对Millikan术式中平片固定方式给予改良，平片内外侧仅用滑线各缝合固定一针。观察手术时间、术后疝复发、局部切口疼痛、异物感及切口愈合等情况。结果随访12～18个月无复发，局部异物和疼痛的程度及范围轻微。结论改良Millikan术式能有效治疗腹股沟疝，局部并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of a new modified Millikan mesh-plug hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods We modified the mesh fixation using Millikan mesh-plug hernioplasty in 21 inguinal hernia patients. Only one Smooth string was sutured at each side of the mesh. Clinical data, such as operation time, rate of recurrent, pain after operation, were analyzed. Results There were no recurrent in all patients. Abnormal sense and pain after operation were rare. Conclusion The new modified Millikan mesh-plug hernioplasty can treat inguinal hernia with rare local complications. |
