特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者医院感染危险因素分析

目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者医院感染危险因素和预防措施. 方法回顾调查792例住院ITP患者,有93例发生医院感染(11.7%);对其年龄、住院天数、激素使用、侵入性治疗、合并其他疾病、贫血、医院感染部位、病原菌进行评估和统计学处理.结果 ITP患者医院感染发生率较高;感染因素与年龄、住院天数、激素使用、侵入性治疗、合并其他疾病及贫血呈正相关;感染部位以肺部为主,病原体多分布于痰液和血液. 结论 ITP患者易发生医院感染,控制易感因素是预防医院感染的有效方法.

Hospital Infection among Patients with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura:A Risk Factor Analysis and Prophylaxis

OBJECTIVE To explore the factors and preventive measure of hospital infection among the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. METHODS The clinical materials of 792 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura were investigated. There were 93 patients occurring hospital infection (11.7%). Their ages, hospitalized days, application of adrenocorticosteroid, invasive treatment administrations, correlated other diseases, anemia, anatomic area of occurrence of hospital infection and pathogenic bacteria were collected and evaluated at the same time. RESULTS The incidence rate of hospital infection was higher in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and was related positively to age, hospitalized days, application of adrenocorticosteroid, invasive treatment procedures, correlated other diseases and anemia. The most common induced sites of the hospital infection were lungs, pathogenic bacteria were mostly distributed in the blood and sputum. CONCLUSIONS In patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, the hospital infection is easily induced, so must be paid attention to susceptible factors, in order to effectively prevent hospital infection among patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
