| 摘 要： | 目的分析萍乡地区丙型肝炎患者的丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因型,了解本地区丙型肝炎分布及流行情况,为慢性丙型肝炎的诊断、治疗及预防提供有力的依据。方法利用门诊及住院患者血清HCV抗体阳性标本,经荧光定量PCR检测HCVRNA阳性标本102例,用基因芯片进行基因分型检测。结果检测HCV感染标本102例,共检出7种基因亚型,分别为1b、6型、2a、1b+2a、1b+3a、3a和3b,其中1b占72.6,6型占8.8,2a占7.8,1b+2a占5.9,1b+3a占2.9,3a占1.0,3b占1.0。结论萍乡地区HCV基因型主要为1b,6型为第2常见亚型,混合基因型感染较多;有吸毒史、外伤史、输血史三者合计76例,占74.5。安源区和湘东区所占比例较大。
