门诊持续教育在糖尿病长期治疗中的作用

目的:探讨门诊持续教育在维持糖尿病长期治疗中的作用。方法:对2004年至2006年在我院治疗达到理想控制水平出院的156例患者随机分A组(n=78例)和B组(n=78例)。A组坚持每月来门诊接受门诊专职护士教育指导一次,监督患者按医嘱坚持治疗;B组则无进行教育指导。出院满2年后对两组保持理想水平、坚持糖尿病饮食、遵医嘱用药、定期复查血糖等指标进行比较。结果:A组在保持理想水平、坚持糖尿病饮食、遵医嘱用药、定期复查血糖4项指标均明显高于B组,差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01)。结论:门诊持续教育对维持糖尿病长期稳定有重要作用,其作用主要是通过反复教育促使患者自觉坚持糖尿病饮食、遵医嘱用药和定期复查血糖来实现。

The Role of Outpatient Sustained Education in Long-term Treatment for Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:To probe into the effect of outpatient sustained education on maintaining the long-term treatment for diabetes mellitus(DM) patients.Method: A total of 156 cases MD patient,who had been treated in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 and left the hospital with ideal control level,were at randomly divided into group A(n=80 cases) and group B(n=76 cases).The patients in group A insisted on receiving the guidance of professional nurse for once a month in outpatient department,while the patients in group B had no such guidance.After leaving hospital for 2 years,the indexes like ideal level,insistence on DM diet,taking drugs upon doctor's instruction and rechecking the level of blood sugar etc in two groups were compared.Result: The ideal level,insistence on DM diet,taking drugs upon doctor's instruction and rechecking of level of blood sugar etc.in group A were obviously higher than those in group B,by which the differences were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: It is important for the long-term stability of DM that the outpatient sustained education carried out,which is realized by repeated education on patients' insistence on DM diet,taking drugs upon doctor's instruction and rechecking the level of blood sugar etc.
