| Abstract: | Thirty-six patients with significant cataracts and glaucoma had combined extracapsular cataract extraction, posterior chamber lens implantation, and trabeculectomy. Follow-up ranged from three months to four years. Significant visual improvement and reduction in intraocular pressure were noted. This procedure seems to be a viable alternative in patients suffering from combined advanced glaucoma and advanced cataracts. |
