果糖二磷酸钠治疗外伤性头痛207例

目的 :观察果糖二磷酸钠注射液 (FDP)对外伤性头痛的治疗作用。方法 :2 0 7例外伤性头痛病人予FDP 5 g ,iv ,gtt,qd× 3d ,用视觉模拟评分法评定治疗前后头痛强度。结果 :无效率 2 9.9% ,有效率 4 5 .0 % ,显效率 2 5 .1% ,4 7例有特征性表现的头痛均显效 ;FDP治疗后头痛比治疗前在轻度头痛组评分降低 0 .4 2± 0 .0 9、中度头痛组 3.2±1.0、重度头痛组 5 .8± 1.5、剧痛组 7.0± 1.8,统计学处理差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。无明显不良反应。结论 :FDP治疗外伤性头痛有较好疗效 ,且随头痛强度增加疗效愈明显 ,尤其对有特征性表现的头痛疗效更显著

Fructose sodium diphosphate in treatment of two hundred and seven patients with traumatic headache

AIM: To observe the effect of fructose sodium diphosphate(FDP) in treating traumatic headache. METHODS: Two hundred and seven patients with traumatic headache were given FDP injection 5.0 qd, iv, drip, qd for 3 d. The degree of headache was scaled with visual analogue scale (VAS)in pre-treatment and post-treatment. RESULTS: The ineffective rate was 29.9 %, effective rate 45.0 %, remarkably effective rate 25.1 %, including forty-seven patients with characteristic headache. VAS difference is 0.42±0.09 in the mild headache group, 3.2±1.0 in the moderate headache group, 5.8±1.5 in the severe headache group, 7.0±1.8 in the violent headache group. There was significant difference (P<0.01). No serious adverse reaction was observed. CONCLUSION: FDP is effective for treatment of traumatic headache. The more serious degree of headache is, the more excellent the effect is. The effect is most significant to those characteristic headache.
