| 摘 要： | 斯钙素(STC)是一种糖蛋白激素,在人体多种组织广泛表达。卵巢具有高水平的STC1,且在妊娠期和哺乳期还将进一步上升。最近发现斯钙素在多种肿瘤组织都有表达量的异常。乳腺和卵巢肿瘤的抑癌基因BRCA1诱导STC1在乳腺导管中表达。雌激素诱导STC2表达。在乳腺癌,雌激素受体水平与STC1、STC2的表达呈正相关。在消化道肿瘤中也有STC1表达。本文综述了近年来有关STC的资料,探讨其生理作用以及在癌症组织中的可能作用。

| Abstract: | Stanniocalcin（STC）is a glycoprotein hormone,which expressed in a wide variety of tissues.There are high levels of STCs expression in ovarian,which increased in pregnancy and lactation.In recent years,it was found in abnormal expression levels in various tumor tissues.This paper reviewed recent data on STC to explore its physiological role and its possible role in cancer. |
