p27、PCNA在乳腺癌中的表达及相关性研究

目的:探讨p27、PCNA在乳腺癌中表达的意义及相关性。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测48例乳腺癌中p27、PCNA的表达情况,并与29例乳腺良性病变进行对照分析。结果:乳腺良性病变p27、PCNA的阳性率分别为79.3%(23/29)、27.6%(8/29)。乳腺癌p27、PCNA的阳性率分别为42%(20/48)、77.1%(37/48),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乳腺癌p27的表达与族别、年龄无关(P>0.05),与组织学分级相关(P<0.01);PCNA的表达与族别、年龄、组织学分级均无关(P>0.05)。乳腺癌p27、PCNA的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:p27、PCNA表达异常在乳腺癌的发生、发展中具有重要的作用,两者具有相互作用。p27、PCNA可用于良、恶性乳腺疾病的鉴别,对乳腺良性病变的恶性转化有一定的预兆性。

Expression and correlation of p27,PCNA in breast carcinoma

Objective: To study the expressions and correlation of p27and PCNA in breast carcinomas.Methods: The expression of p27 and PCNA were studied in 48 cases of breast carcinoma by immumohistochemical technology.29 cases of benign lesions served as control.Result: Positive rates of p27,PCNA in breast benign lesions were 79.3%(23/29),27.6%(8/29) respectively.Positive rates of p27,PCNA in breast carcinomas were 42%(20/48),77.1%(37/48) respectively.Positive rates of p27,PCNA in breast benign lesions and in breast carcinomas had significances of statistics(P<0.01).The expression of p27 in breast carcinomas did not correlate with age,nation(P>0.05).But expression of p27 in breast carcinomas was associated with hitological grading(P<0.01),the expression of PCNA in breast carcinomas did not correlate with age,nation,histological grading(P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between the expressions of p27 and PCNA in breast carcinomas(P<0.05).Conclusion: Abnormal expression of p27,PCNA play an important role initiation and development of breast carcinomas.P27,PCNA interact with one another in breast carcinomas.p27,PCNA can be used to identify benign and malignant breast disease.There is some significance of prediction as malignant change of breast benign lesions.
