| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫分析法测定30例胃癌培养组的PDE水平为5 181.4±821.3 Pg/ml(±SD),显著高于正常胃粘膜中PGE(11～13),胃癌组织培养上清液对PHA介导的人外周血淋巴细胞3H-TdR参入有明显抑制作用,该抑制作用又可被吲哚美辛消除。

| Abstract: | The amount of prostaglandin E (PGE) released by gastric cancer in tissue culture was determined. Gastirc cancer tissue can produce much more PGE than normal stomac mucosa. 3H-TdR incorporation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes induced by PHA can be significantly suppressed by PGE. Indomethacin, a prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor was found to be able to counterbalance the suppression effect. |
