护肝片提高肝移植受者他克莫司血药浓度临床观察

摘    要:目的:评价应用护肝片提高肝移植受者全血他克莫司(FK506)药物浓度的疗效。方法:将56例肝移植术后长期服用FK506的受者作为研究对象,FK506和护肝片同时服用的受者为试验组(27例),单纯口服FK506的受者为对照组(29例);检测两组全血FK506浓度及肝、肾功能,作为临床评价指标。结果:试验组服药后FK506血药浓度比服药前分别增加了2.718±0.45ng·mL^-1,增幅达60.35%,两者比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01);与对照组比较亦有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。停用护肝片后,全血FK506浓度明显降低,降幅达32.30%,差异有显著性(P〈0.01)。FK506和护肝片合用对肝、肾功能指标无明显不良影响。结论:护肝片能明显提高他克莫司药物浓度。

Effect of Liver - aid Tablet on Bloods Concentration of Tacrolimus in Patients Undergoing Liver Transplantation

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Liver-aid tablet in increasing tacrolimus (FK506)concentration in patients undergoing liver transplantation. METHODS: A total of 56 patients undergoing liver transplantation treated with FK506 were enrolled: 27 were assigned to receive FK506 plus Liver-aid tablet (experimental group), and 29 to receive FK506 alone (control group). Blood concentrations of FK506, and biochemistry indexes for liver and renal function were determined. RESULTS: After medication, the blood concentrations of FK506 in the experimental group increased 2.718 ±0.451ng·mL^-1(up 60.35 % ), showing significant differences as compared with before medication (P 〈 0.01), and the difference was also significant as compared with control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). However, after withdrawal of the Liver - aid tablet, the blood concentrations of FK506 were significantly decreased, down 32.30 %, and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01). Used in combination, FK506 and Liver - aid tablet had no significant effects on the indexes of liver or liver function. CONCLUSION: Liver- aid tablet could markedly elevate the blood concentration of FK506 in patients undergoing liver transplantation.
