| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石技术(URSL)治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法：对115例输尿管结石采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗进行回顾分析。结果：115例输尿管结石中，106例原位碎石成功，成功率为92％，并发症发生率1．74％。结论：URSL治疗输尿管结石，以中、下段输尿管结石为首选，临床疗效确切，为理想的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effects of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotrity(URSL) for the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods: From January 2000 to October 2003,115 patients with ureteral stone underogine URSL was restrospectively analyzed. Results: The successful rate for the ureteral stone was 92%. Complications were observed in 1.74% cases. Conclusion: URSL was safe and effctive. This method should be the first choice of treatment for the middle and lower ureteral stone. URSL is a preferable method for the treatment of ureteral stone. |
