| 摘 要： | 目的探讨TOLL样受体4（TLR4）mRNA基因表达在内毒素休克犬急性肺损伤变化的规律。方法选择健康成年杂种雄性犬16条,随机分为对照组和实验组（n=8）,实验组经心静脉30 min注入内毒素（LPS）650μg/kg,诱导犬急性肺损伤模型。用RT-PCR分别检测各组肺组织TLR4的表达。结果实验组与对照组相比,成模后4 h TLR4mRNA在实验组表达上调,2组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.01）。结论内毒素休克犬急性肺损伤时TLR4mRNA的表达上调。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Changes of the expression of Toll like-receptors 4 mRNA induced by endotoxin （lipopolysaccharide, LPS） in dogs. Methods Sixteen healthy adult hybrid male dogs were divided into two groups： control group and experiment group randomly （n= 8）. The dogs in experiment group were injected with LPS （650 μg/kg） via central vein within 30min to establish model of acute lung injury. The expression levels of TLR4mRNA in control group and in experiment group were measured by RT-PCR. Results The expression levels of TLR4mRNA in experiment group were up-regulated comparing with control group after established model 4 hours. There was obviously significance between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Endotoxin could up-regulate mRNA expression of TLR4 in acute lung injury. |
