2018年苏州市区院外急救流行病学分布

目的分析苏州市区院外急救的流行病学分布,为提高院外急救水平、更好的配置急救资源提供理论依据。方法从苏州市急救中心提取2018年院外急救患者病历资料和前五年的出车量数据,进行出车量和流行病学的回顾性分析。结果院外急救出车辆在五年间增长了近2倍,院外急救患者男女比为1.44:1,年龄集中在25~44岁年龄段的青年人群,院外急救一年中的需求高峰在7~8月和12月一次年1月,一天中的需求高峰时段为8:00~8:59和20:00~20:59,年度疾病谱前3位次为创伤、神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病。结论院外急救的需求量在每日、每月和疾病谱的分布有相对明显的规律,急救中心和有关部门可以此为依据,对急救资源进行合理配置,以降低回车率,提升院外急救运行效率。

Epidemiological analysis of pre-hospital emergency care of 2018 in Suzhou

Objective To analyze the epidemioloy of pre-hospital patients of 2018 in Suzhou city,in order for improving pre-hospital care quality and allocating emergency resources rationally.Methods Data of pre-hospital patients in 2018 and number of pre-hospital tasks in the previous five years were retrospectively analyzed from Suzhou Emergency Center.Results The proportion of male to female in pre-hospital care patients was 1.44:1.The age group of pre-hospital emergency patients was concentrated in the young people aged 25~44.Spring and winter were the peak season during a year,and the peak demand period of a day were 8:00~8:59 and 20:00~20:59.The leading three diseases in disease spectrum were trauma,nervous system diseases and digestive system diseases.Conclusion The demand for prehospital emergency service has a certain regularity in season,time and disease spectrum distribution.Suzhou emergency center and relevant departments should rationally allocate emergency resources to improve the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency service.
