骨源性外泌体microRNAs与骨质疏松症相关研究进展

摘    要:骨质疏松症作为老年疾病中的一种代谢性疾病,对它的研究一直被认为是重点和难点,因此如何延缓骨质疏松症的进展成为最主要的问题。骨源性外泌体microRNAs作为骨科疾病的关键调节因子,其表达的变化对延缓骨质疏松症的进展具有调节作用。microRNAs通过调节相关因子的表达可延缓骨质疏松症的发生及进展。该文就骨源性外泌体microRNAs与骨质疏松症的相关性进行综述,以期为骨源性外泌体microRNAs在治疗骨质疏松症方面提供一些新的治疗思路。

Abstract:Osteoporosis as a metabolic disease among the diseases of the elderly has always been regarded as a key and difficult point to study. How to delay the progression of osteoporosis has become the most important issue. MicroRNAs are key regulators of orthopedic diseases. The changes in their expression have a regulatory effect on delaying the progression of osteoporosis. Bone-derived exosomal microRNAs may delay the occurrence and progression of osteoporosis by regulating the expression of related factors. This article reviews the correlation between bone-derived exosomal microRNAs and osteoporosis, in order to provide some new therapeutic ideas for bone-derived exosomal microRNAs in the treatment of osteoporosis.
