Abstract:Primary intrarenal neuroblastoma is extremely rare and is a mimic of Wilms tumor. We present a case of a renal mass in a 14 month old male with lung metastases at the initial presentation. This was thought to represent a Wilms tumor. Histology of a biopsied lung nodule revealed neuroblastoma.
