| 摘 要： | 本文采用新型试验装具和计算程序对金属接骨板进行四点弯曲测试,在此基础上对YY/T 0342-2002中的不同试验方法进行对比分析。该套试验夹具及分析软件可分别得到试样不同位置的挠度值,进而测出YY/T 0342-2002中不同公式所得到的等效弯曲刚度,有效地避免了非同一样品和两次试验操作存在的误差。通过本文的理论研究及数据分析,为监督抽检和产品研发带来准确、科学、客观的测试数据。

| Abstract: | A new type fixture and calculation program were used to test the four-point bending of metal bone plates,and different test methods in YY/T 0342-2002 were compared and analyzed on this basis.The de?ection values of samples at different positions could be obtained by the fixture and analysis software,and equivalent bending stiffness was obtained by different formulas in YY/T 0342-2002,effectively avoiding the errors existing in different samples and two test operations.According to the theoretical research and data analysis of this paper,accurate,scientific and objective test data can be obtained for the supervision,random checking and product development of metal bone plates. |
