p53和PTEN在子宫内膜癌的表达及其意义

目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者p53和PTEN的表达及临床意义。方法对53例子宫内膜癌患者,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测p53和PTEN,并与同期39例正常子宫内膜组织p53和PTEN的表达情况进行对比分析。结果子宫内膜癌组和正常子宫内膜组的PTEN蛋白表达缺失率分别为54.7%和25.4%,p53蛋白阳性表达率分别为50.9%和76.9%,两组间比较,均有显著性差异（均P〈0.05）。结论 p53和PTEN的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,有助于子宫内膜癌的临床诊断。

The Expressions of p53 and PTEN in Endometrial Cancer and its Significance

Objective To explore the expressions of p53 and PTEN in patients with endometrial cancer and the clinical significance.Methods Inmmunohistochemical S-P assay was applied in detecting p53 and PTEN of 53 cases with endometrial cancer and the results were compared and analyzed with those of 39 normal cases.Results The miss rate of PTEN in cases with endometrial cancer was 54.7% while that in normal cases was 25.4%;the positive rate of p53 expression in cases with endometrial cancer was 50.9% while that in normal cases was 76.9%;the comparison between the 2 groups was of significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The expressions of p53 and PTEN play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer and are helpful in clinical diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
