| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口服药品单位小包装或药品标签增加医嘱栏的必要性。方法结合口服药品单位小包装或药品标签不利于患者合理用药和个体化用药的现状,提出增加医嘱栏的设想和方法。结果与结论口服药品单位小包装或药品标签增加医嘱栏具有必要性和可行性,势在必行。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To discuss the necessity of adding doctors’ advice to oral drug small package or tags.METHODS:The idea and the way of adding doctors’ advice was put forward on the basis of the current situation that oral drug small pac_kage or tags do not meet the requirement of rational and individualized drug use in patients.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:It is necessary,feasible as well as imperative to add doctors’ advice to oral drug small package or tags. |
