摘    要:目的:研究复合矫治弓丝矫治个别牙齿错位时矫治力的作用变化规律。方法:Solidworks建立模型,结合复合矫治弓丝临床应用状态,应用ANSYS对3种错位牙齿模型进行模拟受力计算。结果:复合矫治弓丝对错位牙齿的施力要小于单纯应用不锈钢丝的施力;复合矫治弓丝对错位牙的施力大小与TiNi形状记忆合金段的直径成正相关,与其长度成负相关。结论:这一方法计算简单,基本符合错位牙的真实受力情况,对于临床应用具有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the role of orthodontic force of the composite arch wire on an individual malocclusion tooth. Methods The Solidworks model was established for analyzing the clinical application of the composite arch wire. The orthodontic force was calculated for the individual tooth with three different types of malocclusions using the ANSYS software.Results The load-deflection of composite arch wire was less than that of stainless steel arch wire.Conclusion The computation results show that the present method is simple and effective.Chinese Medical Equipment Journal ,2010,31 (2) :36-38]
