| Abstract: | Objective:To search the nursing method of before,during,and after the implantable cardioverter difibrillator(ICD) procedures to the patients with malignant arrhythmia.Method: The corresponding nursing measures were adopted to the predictable problems during and after the ICD procedures.Rusult: There was no complication in the patients and their symptoms were comtrolled,living standard was remarkably improve.The abnormal indisposition in patients was not found by the discharge fellow-up survey.Conclusion:The ICD procedures will be guaranteed by well psychological nursing,strict observation during and after the procedures. |
