| Abstract: | Management experience in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital is introduced in this paper. The Hospital operates under the philosophy of "Everything for the patient"as the primary goal. This meas that the organization and management is conducted so that there will he high quality of care,efficiently carried so that the patients' burden will be lightened and the patients will be promptly cared for. The patients'privacy will be protected and employees are expected to be compassionate and understand of the needs of the sick and their families. |
