| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响慢性硬脑膜下血肿（Chronic subdural hematoma,CSDH）术后复发因素。方法回顾1995～2005年作者手术治疗38例CSDH患者,并结合有关文献资料进行相关分析。结果术后复发4例,复发率为10.02%,复发的患者平均年龄64岁。其中因术后颅内大量积气复发1例,高密度复发1例,等密度到混杂密度复发2例。结论患者的年龄、凝血机制异常、血肿的密度、术后积气和引流量的多少影响CDSH患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the recurrent factors which effect the chronic subdural hematoma-CSDH.Methods The data from 38 cases of patients with CSDH,were analysed retrospectively.Results 4 cases recurrencte.The recurrence rate was 10.02%.One was postoperative intracranial pneumatosis,another was hight density recurrence,the other two were isophkic to mingle density.Conclusion The patient's prognsis are effected by the ages the abnormity of blood coagulation mechanism,the density of hematoma,the poseoperative pneumatosis and the amount of drainage. |
