| 摘 要： | 目的探讨发生慢性肺心病并发低盐综合征的诱因及其防治.方法采用临床回顾方法分析住院肺心病并发低盐综合征患者的临床特点、诊断和防治方法.结果和结论低盐综合征是老年人慢性肺心病常见并发症之一,正确的防治措施可改善本并发症的预后. |

Clinical Analysis of the Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease of Senile Complicated with Low Salt Syndrome |

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the cause, prevention and treatment for the chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with low salt syndrome. Methods : The clinical features, diagnosis, prevention and therapeutics for admitted cases with pulmonary heart disease complicated with low salt syndrome were analyzed retrospectively in clinic. Results and conclusion: Low salt syndrome is one of the common complications for senile cor pulmonale and the effective, preventive and therapeutical measure may improve its prognosis. |
