糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆中一氧化氮内皮素水平变化与护理

目的 探讨糖尿病视网膜病变导致的患者血浆中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平的变化。方法 以糖尿病视网膜病变患者为研究对象，观察其血浆中NO、ET水平的变化。结果 糖尿病视网膜病变患者血浆中NO水平显著低于糖尿病患者组和健康对照组，而ET水平显著升高。结论 糖尿病视网膜病变可导致患者血浆中NO水平的降低，ET水平的升高，从而加重微血管病变的发生发展。

Study on the change of nitrogen monoside and ET level for patients with diabetes retinal pathologic change and it's nursing

Objective To study the change of nitrogen monoside and ET level caused by diabetes retinal pathologic change. Method Patients with diabetes retinal pathologic change were selected for study. The level of plasma nitrogen monoside and ET were observed. Result The level of plasma nitrogen monoside for patients with diabetes retinal pathologic change is significantly lower than that of diabetes and control group. But the ET level is significantly higher than the two group. Conclusion Diabetes retinal pathologic change will lead to lower plasma nitrogen monoside and higher ET level, and enhance the development of blood capillary pathologic change.
