可来福接头与肝素液封管在输注甘露醇中的对比性研究

摘    要:目的观察可来福接头在静脉输注20%甘露醇中的应用。方法采取随机分组方法,将73例病人分为观察组和对照组。在血管条件、静脉留置针型号、输注高度相同的情况下,观察两组留置针留置期间回血、堵管、静脉炎发生情况以及输注的速度。结果选用不同的封管方法对输注甘露醇的速度、回血、堵管、静脉炎发生情况均有影响(P<0.05)。结论静脉应用甘露醇的病人最好选用可来福接头,既可保证药物应用的准时性,又可减少静脉炎的发生。

Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of Clave connector and heparin solution used for maintaining patency in intravenous catheter lock in patients accepting mannitol infusion. Methods 73 cases of patients with brain injury who accepted mannitol infusion were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were in similar regarding conditions .Heparin solution was used in the control group and Clave connector was applied in the observation group. A comparative study about the incidence of venous blood backflow, catheter occlusion and infusion phlebitis as well as infusion rate of mannitol was performed between the two groups. Results There were significant differences between the two groups with regard to the incidence of venous blood backflow, catheter occlusion and infusion phlebitis as well as infusion rate of mannitol. Conclusion The effect of Clave connector for catheter lock is better than that of heparin solution. This study provides support that the use of Clave connector may keep mannitol infusion at appropriate rate and reduce the incidence of infusion phlebitis.
