2015年与2018年沈阳市皇姑区12岁学生恒牙龋齿患病对比分析

目的 探讨2015年与2018年沈阳市皇姑区12岁学生恒牙龋齿患病情况及其影响因素。方法 采用沈阳市皇姑区中小学生口腔体检数据资料,对2015年和2018年本地区12岁学生恒牙龋齿患病情况进行对比分析。结果 2015年和2018年12岁学生恒牙患龋率分别为17.63%,11.09%;龋均分别为0.29,0.18;充填率分别为31.46%,39.02%。龋患率(D)呈下降趋势,龋失率(M)呈上升趋势,各年度恒牙患龋率、充填率均为女生>男生。结论 今后应进一步加强学生龋齿综合防治力度,降低恒牙龋失率,提高学生口腔健康水平。

Comparative analysis of prevalence rates of caries of permanent teeth in 12 year old students in Huanggu District,Shenyang City in 2015 and 2018

Objective To investigate the prevalence of caries of permanent teeth and its influencing factors in 12 year old students in Huanggu District of Shenyang City in 2015 and 2018.Methods By using the oral examination data of primary and middle school students in Huanggu District,Shenyang City in 2015 and 2018,the prevalence rates of caries of permanent teeth in 12 year old students in the region were investigated and compared.Results In 2015 and 2018,the prevalence rate of caries of permanent teeth in 12 year old students was 17.63%and 11.09%,respectively;and the index of decayed missing and filled teeth(DMFT)was 0.29 and 0.18,respectively;the filling rate was 31.46%and 39.02%,respec tively.The attack rate(D)showed a downward trend,and the loss rate(M)showed an upward trend.In each year,the perfu sion rate and filling rate of permanent teeth in the girls were higher than those in the boys.Conclusion In the future,we should further strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment of dental caries,reduce the rate of permanent tooth loss,and improve the oral health of the students.
