针对性护理对预防急性化脓性阑尾炎伴穿孔患者切口感染的效果

目的 分析针对性护理对急性化脓性阑尾炎伴穿孔切口感染的预防价值。方法 选取2017年1月—2018年12月某医院收治的100例急性化脓性阑尾炎伴穿孔患者作为研究对象,采用数字法随机均分为观察组和对照组各50例,予对照组患者常规护理,观察组在其基础上予以针对性护理,比较出院时两组患者的疾病知晓率,并统计其住院时间切口感染发生率、不良反应发生率及康复情况。结果 出院时,观察组患者疾病知晓率92.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05);住院期间,观察组患者切口感染发生率为2.00%,低于对照的14.00%(P<0.05);住院期间,观察组不良反应发生率为12.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P<0.05);住院期间,观察组胃肠蠕动恢复时间、住院时间为(26.53±3.58)和(5.48±1.56),均短于对照组的(34.96±4.12)d和(9.45±3.22)d(P<0.05)。结论 急性化脓性阑尾炎伴穿孔患者术后采用针对性护理,有助于提高患者疾病知晓率、降低术后切口感染率和不良反应发生率,有助于患者的康复。

Effects of targeted nursing on prevention of incision infection in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis complicated with perforation

Objective To evaluate the preventive value of targeted nursing on incision infection in acute suppura tive appendicitis with perforation.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis and perforation admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly and evenly divided into a trial group and a control group by the random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing,and the trial group was given the targeted nursing on this basis.The disease awareness rates were investi gated and compared between two groups at discharge,and the time of hospitalization,incidence rates of incision infection,and incidence rates of adverse reactions and rehabilitation rates were counted in both groups.Results At the discharge,the disease awareness rate in the trial group was higher than that in the control group(92.00%vs.72.00%)(P<0.05).During the hospitalization,the incidence rate of incision infection in the trial group was lower than that in control group(2.00%vs.14.00%)(P<0.05),the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the trial group was lower than that in control group(12.00%vs.24.00%)(P<0.05),and the recovery time of gastrointestinal motility and the time of hospitalization in the trial group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(26.53±3.58)days.(34.96±4.12)days and(5.48±1.56)days vs.(9.45±3.22)days](both P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing in post-operation of patients with acute suppurative appendici tis complicated with perforation can help to improve the patients’disease awareness rate,reduce the postoperative incision infection rate and adverse reaction incidence rate,and help the rehabilitation.
