家长健康信念模式对脑瘫患儿康复效果及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨脑瘫患儿实施健康信念模式对其康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2017年6月—2018年6月某医院收治的脑瘫患儿80例,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组脑瘫患儿给予常规出院指导,观察组实施健康信念模式进行家庭护理干预。对比分析两组患儿康复效果及生活质量的改善效果。结果 观察组干预后生活自理能力、运动功能评分分别为(66.5±6.6)分、(182.2±33.5)分,均高于对照组的(51.3±7.6)分、(158.2±29.1)分;干预后日常功能、生理功能、心理状况、交际能力评分分别为(75.5±11.2)分、(80.5±14.9)分、(76.8±11.1)分、(78.1±11.8)分,均高于对照组(69.2±9.8)分、(66.2±13.4)分、(67.7±10.5)分、(70.8±10.5)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑瘫患儿实施健康信念模式护理可有效改善其康复效果,利于提高患儿生活质量。

Effect of parental health belief model on rehabilitation and quality of life of children with cerebral palsy

Objective To investigate the effect of parental health belief model on the rehabilitation and quality of life of children with cerebral palsy.Methods Eighty children with cerebral palsy admitted to a hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into a control group and a trial group with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method.In the control group,the children were given the routine discharge guidance,and in the trial group,the health belief model for home care was implemented.The effects of rehabilitation and quality of life in the two groups were investigated and compared.Results In the trial group,the scores of self care ability and motor function were(66.5±6.6)points and(182.2±33.5)points respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(51.3±7.6)points and(158.2±29.1)points,respectively];the scores of everyday function,physiological function,psychological status,and communicative compe tence in the trial group were(75.5±11.2),(80.5±14.9),(76.8±11.1),and(78.1±11.8),respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(69.2±9.8).(66.2±13.4)points,(67.7±10.5)points,(70.8±10.5)points,respectively],and the differ ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health belief model nursing in children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve their rehabilitation and help to improve the quality of life of them.
