右美托咪定对脓毒症脏器功能保护作用研究进展

Research progress on protective effect of dexmedetomidine on organ function in sepsis

Sepsis is a common complication of severe trauma,burns and major surgery,and a major cause of death in critically ill patients and ICU patients.Dexmedetomidine,as a new type of high selectiveα2 adrenergic receptor agonist,presents sympatholytic action in certain parts of the brain with anxiolytic,sedative,and pain killing effects.In recent years,dexmedetomidine has gradually attracted people's attention for its protective effect on organ functions in sepsis.It can effec tively reduce cytokine recording and inhibit inflammatory response,enhance immune system activity,and inhibit apoptosis by activateα7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors to play an organ protective role.However,more extensive studies are needed to investigate the organ protective effects of dexmedetomidine in sepsis in the future.
