大承气汤中药传统饮片与颗粒治疗痞满证的效果比较

目的分析比较大承气汤中药传统饮片与颗粒治疗痞满证的效果.方法100例痞满证患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用大承气汤中药传统饮片治疗,观察组采用大承气汤中药配方颗粒治疗.比较两组患者治疗效果以及治疗前后症状积分.结果观察组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组症状积分(1.89±0.57)分低于对照组的(2.53±0.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床治疗痞满证采用大承气汤中药颗粒剂具有更高的治疗效果,可促进症状更显著地改善,而且较中药传统饮片更方便服用与携带,值得推广.

Comparison of the effect of traditional Chinese herbal pieces and granules of Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of distention and fullness syndrome

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese herbal pieces and granules of Dachengqi decoction in the treatment of distention and fullness syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with distention and fullness syndrome were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional Chinese herbal pieces of Dachengqi decoction,and the observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine formula granules of Dachengqi decoction.The therapeutic effect and symptom integral before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 96.00%in the observation group was higher than 82.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom integral(1.89±0.57)points in the observation group was lower than(2.53±0.84)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine formula granules of Dachengqi decoction has a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of distention and fullness syndrome.It can promote the improvement of symptoms more significantly,and is more convenient to take and carry than traditional Chinese medicine pieces.It is worth popularizing.
