中医针灸联合康复理疗治疗中老年脑出血患者的效果观察

目的探讨中医针灸联合康复理疗治疗中老年脑出血患者的临床效果.方法76例中老年脑出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各38例.对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用中医针灸联合康复理疗治疗.对比两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分.结果观察组总有效率94.74%显著高于对照组的60.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.806,P<0.05).治疗前,两组患者神经功能缺损评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组神经功能缺损评分(4.56±2.23)分显著低于对照组的(8.06±4.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医针灸联合康复理疗治疗中老年脑出血患者的临床疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状.

Observation on the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy on middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 76 middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage as study subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional medicine for treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy.The clinical efficacy and neurological deficit score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.74%in the observation group was significantly higher than 60.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.806,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score(4.56±2.23)points in the observation group was significantly lower than(8.06±4.31)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation physiotherapy shows remarkable clinical efficacy on middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and it can effectively improve their clinical symptoms.
