运动医学教学中PBL教学模式结合3D解剖软件的运用分析

摘    要:目的 探讨临床见习阶段运动医学教学中PBL(以问题为中心的学习模式)教学模式结合3D解剖软件的运用对教学效果的影响。方法 将40名来本院骨科实习的某医学院校学生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组采取基于PBL教学模式结合3D解剖软件的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学。比较分析2种模式在临床医学教学中的应用效果。结果 观察组学生在自学能力、临床诊治能力、分析并解决问题能力及团队合作能力方面优于对照组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组考试成绩为(86.61±5.35)分,优于对照组学生的考试成绩(77.53±6.16) 分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式结合3D解剖软件的应用可显著提高运动医学教学的效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of problem based learning(PBL)teaching mode combined with 3D anatomy software on the teaching effect of sports medicine teaching during a clinical probation stage.Methods A total of 40 students from Xuzhou Medical University were randomly divided into a trial group and a control group with 20 cases in each group.The trial group adopted PBL teaching mode combined with 3D anatomy software,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching methods.The application effects of the two groups were investigated and compared.Results The scores of self study ability,clinical diagnosis and treatment ability,analysis and problem solving ability,and teamwork ability of the trial group were all significantly superior to those of the control group,and there were significant differences between two groups(all P<0.05).The average test score of the trial group was(86.61±5.35)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group[(77.53±6.16)points],with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching mode combined with 3D anatomy software can significantly improve the effect of sports medicine teaching.
