探讨安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用价值

目的探讨安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科管理中的应用价值.方法随机选取安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科实施中药品管理的相关资料200份为研究组,同时选取安全质量管理理念在医院药剂科实施前药剂科药品管理的相关资料200份为对比组.对比两组药品过期情况、药品损坏情况以及患者满意度.结果研究组药品过期发生率为1.5%,药品损坏发生率为0.5%,患者满意度为96.5%;对比组药品过期发生率为5.0%,药品损坏发生率为4.0%,患者满意度为65.5%.研究组药品过期发生率、药品损坏发生率均低于对比组,患者满意度高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在医院药剂科管理中应用实施安全质量管理理念,能够促使药剂科的管理得到改善,取得相对较高的经济效益和社会效益.

Discussion on the application value of safety and quality management concept in hospital pharmacy management

Objective To discuss the application value of safety and quality management concept in hospital pharmacy management.Methods There were 200 copies of relevant information on drug management during the implementation of safety and quality management concept in hospital pharmacy management as the research group,and another 200 copies of relevant information on drug management before the implementation of safety and quality management concept from July 2014 to July 2016 in hospital pharmacy management as the control group.The drug expiration,drug damage and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The drug expiration rate,drug damage rate and satisfaction degree of patients were 1.5%,0.5% and 96.5% in the research group,which were 5.0%,4.0% and 65.5% in the control group.The drug expiration rate and drug damage rate in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of patients was higher than that in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the safety and quality management concept in the management of the hospital pharmacy department can improve the management of pharmacy departments and achieve relatively high economic and social benefits.
