腹膜后损伤的诊疗体会

目的 探讨基层医院对腹膜后损伤致十二指肠、胰腺、肾脏损伤诊断的治疗方法;方法总结近10年来我院收治的66例腹膜后损伤的临床资料,包括诊断治疗及转归;结果本组66例,手术治疗54例,治愈58例,死亡8例;结论腹膜后损伤脏器损伤术前诊断率低,均形成腹膜后血肿,可导致失血性休克,应积极给予手术治疗,术中检查诊断并作出相应处理.

Realization of diagnosis and treatment with retroperitioneal visceral Injury

objective To investigative the diagnosis and treatment of the retroperitioneal visceral injury. Methods Summarixe 66patients clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment efficiency of retroperitioneal visceral imjury in past 10 years. Results This group cases cure 58, operation treatment 54 and death 8 cases. Conclusions RetroperitioneaI visceral injury difficult diagnosis in early stage, producing retroperitioneal heamatoma in all patients of this group, and have shock of the lower blood capacity in half patients, in doubt duodenum. Pancreas and bleed blood vessel injury must at once operation treatment and beaimed cure.
