| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中草药对EB病毒壳抗原在体外细胞中表达的抑制作用。方法：采用间接免疫酶法检测广西常见的300余种中草药对B95-8细胞壳抗原表达的抑制作用。结果：发现其中20种中草药有抑制EB病毒抗原表达的作用。结论：抑制EB病毒壳抗原在体外细胞中表达的中草药有望在鼻咽癌预防方面起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigats the inhibiting effect on the expression of viral capsid antigen of Epstein-Ban virus in B 95-8 cell by Chinese medicinal herbs.Methods:The influences on the expression of viral capsid antigen of Epsteiu-Ban virus in B 95-8 cells were studied by indirect immunoenzyme with species of Chinese medicinal herbs.Result:The expression of EBV capsid antigen was significantly inhibited by 20 species of Chinese medicinal herbs.Conclusion:At least there were 20 species of Chinese medicinal herbs that could remarkably inhibit the expression of EBV capsid antigen in B95-8 cells.These species of Chinese medicinal herbs may probably be used in the prevention of naso-pharyngeal carcinoma. |
