| 摘 要： | 将含IL-6cDNA的PMAM重组载体用脂质体法转染大肠癌细胞株HT-29,克隆出抗性细胞,经Southern印迹杂交证明有IL6基因片段的插入.RNA点杂交结果表明:IL-6基因转染细胞有较强的IL-6mRNA转录,而未转染细胞的转录水平很弱;7TD1-MTT法检测转染前后细胞的上清显示:抗性细胞分泌的IL-6活性明显增强.

| Abstract: | The authors introduced the recombinant pMAM vector which contain the IL-6cDNA into HT-29 cell line by lipofectin and got the transfected cell line, Southern blot anslysis indicated the insertion of IL-6 gene, dot blot showed the mRNA expression of IL-6 in HT-29-.IL-6 was increased obviously. With biological of 7TD1 cells, interleukin-6 secreted in HT-29-IL-6 cell was shown to be high biological activity. |
