前列腺感染的主要病原菌及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解前列腺感染主要病原菌的检出状况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 对医院泌尿外科门诊2004年8月~2007年8月,送检的前列腺液标本进行细菌培养和分离鉴定.结果 在318份前列腺液标本中培养出阳性标本216份,阳性率67.9%,检出金黄色葡萄球菌173株,占86.9%,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌123株,占61.8%,药敏结果 显示,未发现万古霉素耐药株,呋喃妥因、复方新诺明、阿米卡星、加替沙星、利福平敏感率均>50.0%.结论 葡萄球菌属已成为引起前列腺感染的主要病原菌.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To get the feedback information of the major pathogenic bacteria straight and make reference for clinical proper use of drugs. METHODS Bacilliculture and validation identification were used to analyze the samples which were collected from Urosurgical outpatients in our hospital during from Aug 2004 to Aug 2007. RESULTS Among all 318 samples,216 samples were found positive (67.9%),with Staphylococcus (199,92.1%). The strains of SAU and CNS were 173 and 123,respectively,with the positive rate 86.9% ...
