大肠癌患者心理社会应激状况及应对方式分析

目的探讨社会心理应激因素对大肠癌患者心理健康状况的影响。方法按照1∶1配对设计,对167对研究对象采用团体心理社会应激量表进行测评。结果病例组与对照组的生活事件L值、积极情绪体验PE值、积极应对PC值分数差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;多因素条件Logistic回归显示病例组与对照组在生活事件、情绪体验、应对方式等方面都存在差异。结论负性生活事件和消极的应对方式是大肠癌的危险因素,而积极的情绪体验和积极的应对方式是其保护因素。

Study on psychological stress state and coping of colorectal cancer patients

Objective To explore the effect of Psychosocial stress factors on colorectal cancer patients. Methods Applying 1：1 matched of case-control study,both 167 pairs colorectal cancer patients and normal were tested by the PSSG scale. Results （1）Case group and control group in the L value of life events,the PE value of positive emotional experience,and the PC value of positive response were different （P0.05）. （2）Multi-factor Logistic regression showed that case group and control group in life events,emotional experience,and coping styles were significantly different. Conclusions Psychosocial stress is related with colorectal cancer. Positive emotional experience and positive approach are protective factors of colorectal cancer,but negative life events and negative coping style are risk factors.
