手术治疗子宫肌瘤184例分析

１９８４年１月～１９９１年８月，７年中经手术及病理证实的子宫肌瘤１８４例，占同期妇科住院总数３．１％，１８４例子宫肌瘤根据肌瘤生长部位、肌瘤大小、数目、患者有无并发症及是否保留生育功能等情况选择不同的术式。其中以腹膜内子宫全切术为多数，占６５．７６％，次全切占２１．７３％，其次子宫肌瘤剔除术，阴式子宫粘膜下肌瘤摘除术及经腹剖宫粘膜肌瘤切除术等５种术式。对浆膜下、壁间肌瘤类型，年轻需保留生育功能者，肌瘤剔除术为首选术式。按肌瘤类型选择合理的术式是取得满意治疗效果及预后的关键。

Surgical Treatment of 184 Cases of Uterine Myomata

consecutive patients with hysteromyoma all identified by both operation and pathology,were seen between 1984 and 1991.Selection of the operation types was done in accordance to the size,number and location of hysteromyomas,the complications of patients and the need for remaning of fertility.Of the 184 samples,interperitoneal,total hysterectomy was 121(65.76%).Subtotal hysterectomy 40(21.73%);the others received the ejectomy of hysteromyoma,transvaginal submucous myoma resection and transperitoneal hyteromyotomy.For those types of subserous myoma and intramural myoma and those who want to keep fertility,ejectomy of hysteromyoma is the best technique of operation.To get good curative effect and prognosis,it is the key to selecte a suitable operation method in accordance with the type of hysteromyoma.
