| 摘 要： | 目的 为探求小针刀配合手法整复治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 将132例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组，进行临床疗效对比观察。结果 治疗组总有效率91．18％，对照组总有效率81．25％；治疗组治愈率、总有效率均明显优于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 小针刀配合手法整复是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的一种较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of micro-needle intervention plus manual restitution for treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. Methods One hundred thirty-two patients with cervical spondylofic vertebral arteriopathy were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups. The clinical effects were compared.Results The total efficacy rate was 91.16% in the treatment group and 81.25% in the control group. The cure rate and the total efficacy rate were obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05 ). Conclusion Micro-needle intervention plus manual restitution is an ideal way to treat cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy. |
