| 摘 要： | 从铜鼓县蛇养殖场的590份蛇类肠内容物标本中检出367株沙门氏菌,分属于5个DNA同源群,共22个O群41个血清型,其中DNA同源群114个,同源群Ⅱ3个,同源群Ⅲ。1个,同源群Ⅲ。20个,同源群Ⅳ3个。其中65:Z:Z_(55)系国际上尚未报告的血清型,6个血清型是国内首次发现。本调查结果表明.蛇体内可检出大量的沙门氏菌,不仅有少见菌种,而且还有许多同源群Ⅰ的常见血清型,都是人类沙门氏菌感染的重要传染源,应引起重视。

| Abstract: | 367strains, isolated from 590 specimens of intestinal contents of snakes collected from a snakes farm in Tonggu county .belong ed to 41 serotypes of 16 sero groups of Salmonella 5 subspecies. Among then, 14 serotypes were of Salmonella I . 3 serotypes of Salmonella Ⅱ , 1 serotype of Salmonella Ⅲa , 20 serotypes of Salmonella Ⅲb,6 serotypes of Salmonella Ⅳ . 65 : z:z55 had not been included in Antigenci formulas of the Salmonella. 6 serotypes were at first report in China. It demonstrated that there are not only many rare serotypes of Salmonella,but also many commen serotypes of Salmonella subspecies Ⅰ in snakes. It indicated that snake is An important source of Salmonella infection of human being and should be paid a great attention to. |
