严重撕脱伤撕脱皮瓣原位回植方法探讨

目的:探讨严重撕脱伤病人撕脱皮肤原位回植修复创面的处理方法。方法:本组病人的创面处理全部采取撕脱皮瓣切除后反取中厚皮移植,用轧皮机将部分皮制成网状皮片(扩展倍数为1:1),植于对外观、功能影响不大的部位,功能部位仍行整张皮片回植。结果:35例病人全部治愈,平均住院日31.7±9.4天。结论:网状皮片具有制作容易、皮片引流好、容易成活和能一次性覆盖创面的特点,尤其适合于严重撕脱伤病人的急诊手术治疗。

Planting back avulsed skin flap for repairing severe avulsion wound

Objective： To find a method for repairing severely avulsed wound by planting back avulsed skin flap. Method： The avulsed skin flaps of medium-thickness from the avulsion wounds were selected for back plantation. The flaps were made into mesh grafts （expansion multiple 1 ： 1） using a skin-rolling machine and planted back on the wounds where the appearance and the function would not be affected. In functional positions, whole skin grafts were used for plantation. Result： 35 patients were all cured after operation, with an average hospital stay of 31.7±9.4 days. Conclusion： Mesh skin grafts are easy to prepare and can keep an adequate drainage, so the grafts can survive to cover the wound by a single operation. This method is suitable to be used in emergency treatment of patients with severe avulsion.
