子宫肌瘤87例临床分析

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤的诊断及手术治疗的术式选择。方法:对我院87例子宫肌瘤患者的临床症状进行分析,并对83例进行手术的手术方式进行探讨。结果:87例患者中伴有子宫肌瘤相关症状者65例,占74.7%。无临床症状者22例,占25.3%。治疗以手术为主,其中子宫肌瘤剔除术68.3%。结论:子宫肌瘤患者中有一部分无临床症状,定期妇科检查是早期诊断的重要方法,手术方式以子宫肌瘤剔除术为主,但应根据患者年龄、生育要求、肌瘤大小及部位综合分析而决定。

Clinical analyze of the 87 cases of myoma of uterus
