护理干预在真菌性阴道炎治疗中的应用价值

目的：探讨全程护理干预对真菌性阴道炎患者的影响。方法：选取我院80例真菌性阴道炎患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,予对照组常规护理,另研究组辅以支持性心理护理及康复指导,并在其前后分别焦虑自评量表（SAS）、妇科检查及阴道分泌物化验、患者满意度等对其护理效果进行测评。结果：研究组患者相比对照组在接受全程护理干预后生活质量及治疗效果都能得到极大改善,各项量表评分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：积极的全程护理干预能够显著改善真菌性阴道炎患者生活质量及临床疗效,有效促进患者康复。

Application value of nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of fungal vaginitis. Methods： Eight-y cases were randomly divided into test group and control group （n=40）. The patients of control group were given conventional - nursing, the patients of test group were given supportive psychotherapy care and rehabilitation guidance at the base of control group. Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）, gynecological examination, vaginal secretions testing and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： Life quality and treatment effect and all scale scores of test group were significantly better than that of con-trol group （P〈0. 05）. Condtlsion： Positive nursing intervention can improve life quality and treatment effect of fungal vaginitis, pro-mote the rehabilitation of patients effectively.
