| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比较持续皮下胰岛素输注（CSⅡ）治疗后的2型糖尿病患者改用诺和锐30和诺和灵30R治疗的临床疗效。方法：将60例经CSⅡ治疗后血糖达标（空腹血糖〈7mmol／L，餐后2小时血糖〈10mmol／L）的2型糖尿病患者随机分成诺和锐30组和诺和灵30R组各30例，观察12周内两种不同治疗方案患者空腹血糖（FBG）、早餐后2h血糖（2hPBG）、胰岛素剂量变化及低血糖发生的情况。结果：诺和锐30组全天所需药物的剂量较诺和灵30R减少约10％（P〈0．05）。结论：诺和锐30能减少胰岛素的用量；提高患者的依从性和满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the therapeutic effects of using biphasic human insulin 30R(Novolin 30R) and biphasic insulin aspart 30 (Aspart 30)in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus after CSII therapy. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus,randomly divided into two groups and each group included 30 cases, were treated by short term intensive Aspart 30 or Novolin 30R. Compared the level of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2 hours postprandial glucose(2hPG), HbA1C ,insulin dose and the incidence of hypoglycemia between two groups in 12 weeks. Results: After the treatment, the insulin dose was significantly decreased 10% in Aspart 30 group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Compared with Novolin 30R, Aspart 30 can decrease the insulin dose and improve the compliance and satisfaction in patient with type 2 diabetic mellitus after CSII therapy. |
