临沂市献血人员人细小病毒B19感染情况的调查

目的 调查山东临沂市区部分献血员中人细小病毒B19 （human parvovirus B19,HPVB19）的感染状况.方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR检测方法,对临沂市632份无偿献血者的血清HPVB19进行检测.结果 632名献血员HPVB19检测阳性42例,阳性率为6.64%.其中男26例（阳性率为6.28%）,女16例（阳性率为7.33%）.两组比较（χ2＝0.14,P＞0.05）,无统计学意义.各年龄段中,18～25岁年龄组阳性率最低,为3.85% 36～45岁年龄组阳性率最高,达到15.69%.36～45岁年龄组明显高于18～25岁组、26～35岁组和46～55岁,与其他年龄组比较（χ2=17.16,P〈0.01）,具有统计学意义.结论 对临沂市献血人员血液中HPVB19的感染状况进行了初步血清流行病学调查,为输血安全和血液制品安全管理政策的制订提供了理论依据.

The status investigation of blood donators who infect the human parvovirus B19 in Linyi city

Objective To investigate the infective status of Human Parvovirus B19 among part of the blood donators in LINY1. Methods 632 blood donators of Human Parvovirus B19 in Linyi was detected by FQ - PCR. Results Among 632 blood donators,42 people were positive with the rate of 6.64%. Which male 26 cases （positive rate of 6.28%）, female 16 cases （positive rate of 7.33%）. Compare the two groups （χ2 = 0.14,P〉 0.05）, no statistically significant. In all ages, the positive rate of 18 -25 age groups was the least（3.85% ） ; the positive rate peaked at 36-45 age groups （ 15.69% ）. The positive rate of 36 - 45 age groups was higher than 18 - 25, 26 - 35, and 46 -55 age groups clearly. Compared to the other groups （χ2 = 17.16, P 〈 0. O1 ）, possess statistically significant. Conclusion Elementary serum epidemi- ology investigation about the infective status of Human Parvovirus B19 among the blood donators in Linyi ensure the blood safety and supply the- oretical foundation to set up security management？ policy of blood products.
